Shift Sync was built from real experience inside FMCG factories.
As engineers on the tools, we regularly worked alongside contractors who hadn’t been properly assessed from an engineering perspective. On paper they looked fine – but in practice, they didn’t meet the standards fast-paced production environments demand.
Engineering teams were left managing the shortfall. At the same time, engineering managers were wasting valuable time interviewing the wrong engineers for the job – candidates sent by agencies who didn’t truly understand the role or the site. That never sat right.
